We recommend 300 DPI images in PNG, JPG, AI, or PDF format for optimal print sharpness, color accuracy, and fine detail reproduction.
How long does custom order printing and delivery take?
Digital artwork proofs are sent within 24-48 hours. Physical prints are produced within 2-3 business days and delivered nationwide via express courier.
Can I preview my custom artwork before final printing?
Yes! For custom portraits and personalized designs, our creative team sends a digital proof for your approval prior to final printing.
What should I do if I experience an issue uploading a file?
If your file exceeds size limits or fails to upload, simply place your order and email your artwork to support@artandarrow.com with your order number.
What is your return or replacement policy for custom orders?
If your custom print arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, we provide a 100% free replacement. Contact support within 7 days of delivery.
