Welcome to Art & Arrow, a brand of Aimers. We strive to provide high-quality DIY craft kits, printing products, and digital design services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

General Refund Policy

All purchases made through artandarrow.com are subject to this Refund Policy.

As a general policy, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in the limited circumstances described below.

Non-Refundable Products & Services

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

• You receive the wrong product.
• The product arrives significantly damaged due to shipping.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
• Your order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons solely attributable to Art & Arrow.

Each request will be reviewed individually.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request should include:

• Order Number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• Description of the issue

Failure to report the issue within this period may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Replacement Before Refund

Where appropriate, Art & Arrow reserves the right to offer:

• Product replacement
• Reprint
• Repair
• Store credit
• Another suitable resolution

instead of issuing a monetary refund.

Digital Products & Design Services

Due to the nature of digital products and creative services, no refunds will be provided once:

• Design work has started.
• Digital files have been delivered.
• Final artwork has been approved.
• Download links have been accessed (where applicable).

Customer Errors

Refunds will not be provided for orders affected by customer-provided errors, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect spelling or text
• Wrong artwork or files
• Incorrect colors selected
• Incorrect dimensions or quantities
• Incorrect shipping address
• Duplicate orders placed by the customer

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs and order details before providing final approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production, customization, printing, packing, or design work begins.

Once production or creative work has started, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused solely by Art & Arrow.

Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and similar charges imposed by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Fraud Prevention

Art & Arrow reserves the right to refuse refund requests that are determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.
