All sales made through artandarrow.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products or services purchased through our website.

Customized & Personalized Products

Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are produced specifically according to your requirements. Therefore, these products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, design proofs, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, and specifications before final approval.

Digital Products & Design Services

Due to the nature of digital products and creative services, all purchases of digital files, artwork, design services, branding materials, social media creatives, promotional graphics, and downloadable content are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once work has started or files have been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item
• A product that does not match your confirmed order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Replace the product, or
• Provide another suitable resolution.

Shipping Damage

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please report it immediately and retain the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production or processing begins.

Once production, printing, customization, packing, or digital design work has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Contact information
• Product specifications
• Artwork files
• Customization details

Art & Arrow is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
